Faridabad, Haryana, India, June 2026 — Vineet Sahni has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Victura Group of Industries, bringing more than three decades of leadership experience across the automotive, engineering, manufacturing, and mobility sectors. His appointment marks a significant step in Victura Group’s growth journey as the organization continues to strengthen its position as a leading global supplier of automotive and engineering solutions.
In his new role, Vineet will lead the strategic direction, operational excellence, business expansion, and long-term growth initiatives across Victura Group’s diversified portfolio of businesses. His extensive experience in business transformation, manufacturing excellence, acquisitions, global operations, and customer-centric growth positions him strongly to drive the next phase of the company’s evolution.
Prior to joining Victura Group of Industries, Vineet served as Chief Executive Officer and Director at Fiem Industries Ltd., where he led one of India’s leading automotive lighting and components manufacturers. During his tenure, he focused on strengthening operational performance, enhancing customer relationships, and driving sustainable business growth.
Before Fiem Industries, he was Group CEO of Lumax Group, where he played a pivotal role in advancing the group’s growth strategy, strengthening partnerships with global automotive OEMs, and driving organizational transformation. Earlier, he served as CEO & Senior Executive Director of Lumax Industries Limited and previously as Chief Executive Officer of Lumax World, leading multiple business units and contributing significantly to the company’s expansion and market leadership.
Prior to Lumax, Vineet held leadership positions with Varroc Engineering Pvt. Ltd., serving as President and Director. He was responsible for the company’s electrical division, overseeing products including lighting systems, instrument clusters, regulators, switches, catalytic converters, and advanced automotive technologies. During this period, he also played a key role in international expansion initiatives and strategic acquisitions.
Earlier in his career, he spent nearly a decade as CEO of Minda Industries Ltd., where he successfully led the turnaround of the lighting division and drove significant business growth. Under his leadership, the division expanded substantially, while new manufacturing projects were established to support global automotive customers.
He also served as Head – Business Development at Schefenacker Motherson Ltd., where he was responsible for business development initiatives, export growth, and strengthening the company’s position in rear-view mirror systems and automotive components.
With extensive experience across automotive lighting, electronics, engineering solutions, manufacturing operations, business transformation, and global leadership, Vineet brings a wealth of expertise to Victura Group as it continues to expand its global footprint and strengthen its position as a multinational engineering services organization.
