New York, United States, December 2025 – Amanda Shuey has started a new position as Executive Director, People Partner, Global TOM FORD & Couture Brands, and Global & NOAM Le Labo at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. In this elevated role, she will partner with leadership across some of the company’s most iconic luxury portfolios, helping shape people strategy, organizational priorities, and talent outcomes to support brand momentum and global growth.
In her expanded responsibilities at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Amanda Shuey builds on over four years of progressive HR leadership within the organization. Over this period, she has supported the evolution of TOM FORD BEAUTY and related luxury brand priorities through senior HRBP roles, culminating in her most recent position as Global Executive Director, HRBP, TOM FORD and BALMAIN BEAUTY for nearly three years.
Before joining Estée Lauder, she served for nearly two years at Rue Gilt Groupe as Human Resources Director. In this role, she partnered with multi-functional leaders across brands and business units, managed a lean HR team, and supported organizational structuring and transformation initiatives designed to improve efficiency and clarity as the business scaled.
Earlier, Amanda Shuey spent close to six years at Saks Fifth Avenue, where she held a series of HR and capability-building roles including Senior Manager, Learning and Development, Human Resources Manager, and University Relations Recruiter. Her work spanned leadership development at scale, enterprise learning design, talent acquisition strategy, and operationalizing new leadership and career architecture frameworks for diverse corporate functions.
She began her career with early talent acquisition and HR experiences at Nestlé Nutrition North America and Nestlé HealthCare Nutrition for over a year, building foundational expertise in recruitment processes, candidate experience, and broader HR support.
