North Carolina, United States, December 2025 – Tiffany Zakszeski has joined Johnson Controls as Vice President, HR – Global Talent & Organizational Capability, marking a pivotal moment in the company’s commitment to building a world-class talent and leadership ecosystem. In this role, Tiffany will lead the global functions of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Leadership Development, and Learning, with a focus on unlocking the full potential of Johnson Controls’ global workforce.

Prior to joining Johnson Controls, Tiffany Zakszeski served as Vice President and Head of Integrated Talent at Ralliant, where she helped drive talent strategy during the company’s emergence as an independent public entity. Before that, she was Segment Vice President, Human Resources at Fortive, where she shaped HR operating models and workforce capabilities across global business units.
Tiffany also served as Vice President of Human Resources at Advanced Sterilization Products, where she led the company through a significant transformation, building a new leadership team and embedding a culture of performance. Her most formative years were spent at Stryker, where over nearly 19 years, she held multiple roles in HR, sales, and training—leading transformative people strategies across divisions such as Neurovascular, Endoscopy, and Digital Technologies.
