A seasoned business leader with extensive experience in strategy, brand building, and transformation, Nirvik has been associated with Shoppers Stop as a Board Director for nearly 17 years. His elevation to Chairman reinforces the company’s commitment to strong governance and seasoned leadership at the helm.

Nirvik is currently serving as Global Chief Operating Officer and Chairman & CEO for Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa at Grey Group, where he has led significant growth initiatives and strategic innovation across international markets. Over the years, he has held several top leadership roles within the Grey network, including Chairman & CEO of Grey Asia Pacific and Middle East, CEO of Grey South East Asia, and CEO of Grey South Asia, operating out of Singapore.

He also previously served as Non-Executive Chairman and Board Director at Raymond Limited, further strengthening his credentials in India’s fashion and retail sector. His global perspective, deep understanding of consumer behavior, and leadership across varied geographies make him uniquely positioned to guide Shoppers Stop into its next chapter.

As Non-Executive Chairman, Nirvik will play a strategic advisory role, helping steer the company through a dynamic retail landscape while supporting the executive team in achieving sustained growth and innovation.
