Mumbai, India – Cloud Odyssey appoints Venkatesh Vishwanathan as its new Vice President of Sales. With a rich career spanning over two decades, Vishwanathan brings a wealth of experience in sales management and business development to his new role at the Mumbai-based firm.
Prior to joining Cloud Odyssey, Vishwanathan held the position of Manager at PwC India from April 2021 to April 2024, where he played a pivotal role in driving sales in the BFSI sector using Salesforce products and services. His tenure at PwC India followed the acquisition of Venerate Solutions, where he began his association in 2021. At PwC, he was instrumental in consulting and implementing Salesforce business processes across multiple domains including manufacturing, retail, and education technology.
From December 2019 to April 2021, Vishwanathan was the Chief Executive Officer of Coact Solutions, where he spearheaded CRM, digital solutions, and fintech services catering to a varied clientele. His expertise in managing high-tech solutions was further honed at Nanostuffs Technologies, serving as Head of Business Development from April 2018 to November 2019, where he led significant expansions in Salesforce and other digital service platforms internationally.
Earlier roles included strategic positions at Mirum India and ET Marlabs, where he was responsible for substantial revenue growth and operational excellence across significant regional markets, demonstrating a robust capability to drive business and operational strategies in complex environments.
Vishwanathan’s earlier career involved key roles at notable organizations such as Vodafone, Reliance Communications, and Hungama, where he developed deep insights into mobile technologies, customer relationship management, and digital marketing strategies.
