Bhambhani’s journey with EMA Partners began in June 2006, when she joined the Mumbai office as a Senior Partner. Over the years, her leadership skills and strategic insights have been pivotal in steering the company’s operations and significantly contributing to its global expansion. Her role involved closely working with multinational corporations, governments, and non-profit organizations to recruit top-tier executives with specialized skills across various sectors.
Prior to her long tenure at EMA Partners, Bhambhani served in human resources at IIFL (India Infoline Group) for a brief period in 2006, and before that, she was a consultant at TMI Network between 2003 and 2004, where she began her career in the recruitment industry.
