United States, April 2025 – Ryan Toth has taken on the role of Director, Human Resources at CoolSys – Refrigeration and HVAC Systems. In this new capacity, Ryan will be leading people strategies to support CoolSys’s expansive operations across North America, enhancing workforce engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
Prior to joining CoolSys, Ryan Toth spent nearly seven years at Beacon Building Products, where he held multiple leadership positions, including District Manager in the Greater Philadelphia Area and previously in the Greater Pittsburgh Area. During his time at Beacon, he demonstrated strong capabilities in operations management, team development, succession planning, and talent management.
Earlier in his career, he served as Branch Manager at The Roof Center for almost four years, where he was instrumental in overseeing local branch operations and driving business development and hiring efforts. His earlier stints included serving as Assistant Branch Manager in both Alexandria, VA and Charlottesville, VA, where he cultivated foundational experience in team leadership and operational oversight.
He began his professional journey with General Motors, where he worked as a Manufacturing Supervisor, managing a team of hourly employees and reporting on key areas such as safety, quality, scheduling, and cost management. Additionally, his exposure to the HR function during a job shadow program at GM helped shape his early interest in human resources and labor relations.
