New York, United States, December 2025 – Katharine Cohen has joined FDM Group as Head of People US, marking a significant addition to the leadership team of the global business and technology consultancy. Based in New York, Katharine will oversee all people functions across FDM’s US operations, leading strategies for talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, and DEI initiatives in alignment with the company’s global values and mission.
Prior to this appointment, Katharine Cohen served as Senior Human Resources Manager at Humanscale for nearly two years. In this role, she played a key role in managing HR operations at the company’s Piscataway, New Jersey facility and contributed to strategic initiatives supporting employee development, workforce planning, and operational excellence.
Before Humanscale, Katharine spent over two and a half years at Arria NLG, initially as People Operations Manager and later elevated to Vice President of People Operations. During her time there, she led hybrid workforce strategies, helped streamline HR processes, and enhanced the employee experience in a rapidly scaling AI-driven technology environment.
Earlier, she served as Human Resources Manager at Aspire Technology Partners, where she was instrumental in recruitment strategy and performance management. Prior to that, she held a long-standing role as Vice President of Human Resources at American Financial Resources, Inc. (AFR Mortgage), where she led people functions for over 12 years, building strong frameworks for talent and organizational growth.
Katharine began her professional journey with M. Tucker Co., Inc. as an Administrative Assistant in Engineering, gaining foundational experience in organizational support and business operations.
