Hyderabad, Telangana, India, February 2026 — Premier Energies Limited has appointed Ranjeeta Bhat as Vice President, Corporate HR, strengthening its leadership team as the organization continues its expansion in the renewable energy sector.
Ranjeeta joins Premier Energies with over two decades of experience across corporate HR leadership, talent transformation, employer branding, and strategic HR partnering. In her new role, she will lead the corporate HR function, aligning people strategy with business growth while strengthening talent pipelines, culture, and organizational capability across the enterprise.
Prior to this appointment, Ranjeeta served as Associate Director – Human Resources at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, where she led end-to-end talent lifecycle initiatives and partnered with senior leadership to translate business strategy into impactful people interventions. She launched flagship hiring initiatives such as “Destination Dr. Reddy’s,” engaging over 17,000 students across 1,000+ institutes and significantly improving diversity in campus cohorts. Her leadership in early talent development, succession planning, employer branding, and performance strategy contributed to measurable retention improvements and enhanced workforce readiness.
Earlier, as Head – HR & CSR at Radiant Corporation Pvt. Ltd., she led HR strategy and organizational design for both the parent organization and its greenfield vocational skilling initiative. She established structured HR infrastructure, implemented scalable L&D programs, digitized HR operations, and supported workforce expansion aligned to business growth.
As Director at Runcode Software Solutions, she co-founded and scaled the organization, overseeing business operations and people strategy while achieving strong revenue growth and high talent retention. Her earlier roles at GreatFour Systems Inc, Bank of America (Countrywide Financial Corporation), and 3i Infotech Ltd. further strengthened her expertise in employee relations, post-merger integration, workforce restructuring, HR compliance, and large-scale talent engagement initiatives.
Ranjeeta holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS).
With her proven track record in talent strategy, workforce transformation, and organizational development, Ranjeeta is set to play a pivotal role in shaping Premier Energies’ people agenda as the company advances its leadership in sustainable solar manufacturing.
