In this capacity, she will oversee HR strategies and talent initiatives across Leidos’ enterprise functions, supporting the company’s mission-driven work in national security, health, and technology services.
Kecman brings more than a decade of progressive experience in human resources across technology, defense contracting, and support services. Immediately prior to this role, she served as Human Resources Director at Amentum from January 2024 to December 2025, where she guided HR strategy and operations for a diverse workforce, supporting performance, talent development, and organizational growth. In earlier years at Amentum, she held the position of HR Manager, further strengthening her expertise in HR operations, employee relations, and program execution.
Before Amentum, Jessica spent over eight years at SAIC, where she advanced through roles including Strategic HR Business Partner, Senior HR Generalist, and earlier served as College Recruiter and Intern Program Coordinator. Her SAIC tenure provided a solid foundation in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and HR business partnership across complex projects and client engagements. She also gained early-career experience in recruitment and service coordination at staffing and service firms, laying the groundwork for her broad HR exposure.
With a robust background spanning HR operations, strategic business partnering, talent acquisition, and workforce development, Jessica is well-positioned to support Leidos’ enterprise functions.
