Before Blockskye, Jennifer was at Fluor Corporation for eight years, where she held various HR roles, including Global HRBP and HR Manager, supporting global teams and spearheading HR projects across the organization. Her responsibilities ranged from HR strategy development to talent acquisition and employee relations, significantly impacting Fluor’s HR operations.
Jennifer’s career began as a Recruiter at Aerotek Professional Services, followed by roles at Daversa Partners and L.K. Jordan & Associates, where she sharpened her recruiting and HR management skills.
