San Francisco Bay Area, California, United States, December 2025 — Pragya Maini has been promoted to Director – People & Organization at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). In this expanded role, she will continue to drive high-impact client work in organization design and operating model transformations, building on her deep expertise across regions and sectors.
Over about seven years with Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Pragya Maini has built a strong trajectory across the People & Organization practice. Starting her journey as a Senior Analyst in Europe, she progressed through multiple leadership roles spanning Europe & Middle East and North America, and most recently served as Senior Manager – People & Organization in the United States. Her promotion to Director – People & Organization reflects her growing influence as a client-facing leader and global topic expert in organization design and operating model transformation.
Prior to BCG, she worked with Bupa in the United Kingdom as a researcher and consultant focused on Artificial Intelligence for Strategic Talent Resourcing. This experience strengthened her early specialization at the intersection of digital HR, talent strategy, and emerging technologies.
She also contributed as a Human Capital Consultant at Blacklight Advisory Ltd in London, supporting leadership development, culture and diversity, organizational design, and learning and performance engagements.
Earlier in her career, Pragya Maini was part of KPMG India in Gurugram for over two years, where she worked within the People and Change Advisory team. Her work focused on HR transformation, people strategy, talent development, organization design, change management, and workforce cost optimization.
She also gained foundational exposure to talent management through an early internship with Procter & Gamble, rounding out her early-stage experience in large, complex organizations.
