Perth, Western Australia, Australia, December 2025 – Stuart Ausmeier has joined Energy Transition Minerals as Chief Financial Officer, bringing with him over two decades of experience across financial strategy, capital markets, project development, M&A, and renewable resources. In his new role, Stuart will play a pivotal part in shaping the financial architecture and capital strategy for Energy Transition Minerals, as the company seeks to accelerate the acquisition and development of high-impact strategic metals projects in the global energy transition supply chain.

Alongside his executive roles, Stuart continued as Chairman Emeritus at Tafakh Projects, contributing to the development of a vertically integrated hemp business in South Africa. He also served as a consultant providing corporate development and strategy guidance to resource and infrastructure firms in Australia.
His earlier career includes over six years at DRA Global, where he held senior roles including Group Treasurer, Finance Executive, and Corporate Executive, leading group-wide finance transformation, treasury, M&A, and real estate initiatives.
