Kathmandu, Nepal, December 2025 — Nebico Ltd has announced the appointment of Binita Kuikel as Head of Human Resources, Administration and Legal Department, effective December 2025. In her new role, Binita will be responsible for leading the organisation’s human resources, administrative, and legal functions, supporting Nebico’s long-term people strategy and operational effectiveness.
In her new role at Nebico Ltd, Binita Kuikel brings extensive experience across human resources, administration, and organisational management. As Head of Human Resources, Administration and Legal Department, she is entrusted with overseeing people operations, workforce planning, administrative governance, and legal coordination to support the company’s continued growth and operational excellence.
Prior to joining Nebico, Binita spent over eight years at United Traders Syndicate Pvt. Ltd, where she served as Head of Human Resources & Administration Department. During her tenure, she led end-to-end HR and administrative functions, including workforce planning, policy development, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, employee engagement, recruitment, and organisational effectiveness initiatives. She also held the role of Senior Manager – HR, where she was deeply involved in designing HR systems, managing compensation structures, administering benefits programs, driving recruitment and onboarding processes, and strengthening internal policies and procedures.
Earlier in her career, Binita worked with merojob, Nepal’s leading recruitment platform, where she served as Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition and earlier as Recruitment Coordinator. In these roles, she was responsible for recruitment coordination, talent acquisition operations, and HR systems support, gaining strong exposure to hiring processes and employer–candidate engagement.
She began her professional journey at J & T Associates Pvt. Ltd., where she worked as an HR & Admin Executive, supporting core HR and administrative operations. This foundational experience laid the groundwork for her long-standing career in human resources and administration.
