With more than 18 years of experience in human resources, leadership, and organizational development, Carly Buchanan will oversee GreenWay Bank’s HR operations and shape strategies designed to promote an engaging workplace that supports team member satisfaction, growth, and long-term development.
Prior to joining GreenWay Bank, Carly led HR functions at respected organizations including Farmers & Merchants State Bank and Brooks Construction Company, bringing cross-industry expertise and a thoughtful, people-first workforce strategy approach.
Beyond her corporate leadership, Carly is deeply committed to professional and community development. She most recently served as President of the Northeast Indiana Human Resources Association, leading a 600-member SHRM chapter, and currently serves as a committee member for the Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne. Her community involvement also includes engagement with Greater Fort Wayne Inc., Junior Achievement of Northern Indiana, Fort Wayne Community Schools’ Trade Pipeline and Career Academy at Anthis, and the Aboite Girls Basketball League.
