Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, May 2026 – KSH International has announced the appointment of Hemant Lakhotiya as the Chief Executive Officer of the company.
A seasoned business leader with over three decades of experience across HV & EHV electrical equipment, turnkey EPC projects, power systems, and energy infrastructure, Hemant Lakhotiya brings extensive expertise in driving transformation, scaling businesses, and leading large industrial operations across global markets.
His appointment comes at a strategic time as KSH International continues to strengthen its position as a leading manufacturer of premium-quality copper conductors and transposed cables serving critical electrical and energy applications worldwide.
Before joining KSH International as Chief Executive Officer, Hemant Lakhotiya served as Chief Operating Officer and P&L Head – Waste to Energy Business at SAEL Industries, where he led the company’s biomass energy operations and growth strategy. During his tenure, he oversaw large-scale agri-waste-to-energy initiatives focused on clean energy generation, pollution reduction, and sustainable infrastructure development.
Prior to SAEL, he worked with Welspun Corp Limited as President, contributing to strategic business leadership and operational growth initiatives across the organization.
Hemant also served as Chief Executive Officer at JK Files & Engineering Limited, where he managed global business operations spanning manufacturing, sales, supply chain, product development, finance, quality, and customer experience. Under his leadership, the company strengthened its market presence across power tools, hand tools, and engineering products.
A significant part of his leadership journey was spent with Schneider Electric and CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited, where he held multiple senior leadership positions across India, Singapore, Indonesia, and the Asia-Pacific region. During his more than two-decade-long tenure with CG Power, he led large transformer and power systems businesses, managed regional P&L operations, spearheaded industrial transformation initiatives, and played a critical role in expanding operations across Southeast Asia and the Pacific markets.
Hemant Lakhotiya began his professional journey with Crompton Greaves and went on to build extensive expertise in power systems, transformers, switchgear, EPC projects, operational excellence, and strategic business growth across international markets.
An accomplished academic achiever, he holds an M.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay and was a Gold Medalist in B.E. Electrical from Government College of Engineering Amravati.
