St. Paul, Minnesota, United States, May 2026 – Johnson Brothers has announced the appointment of James Damico as Chief Financial Officer, bringing over two decades of global finance leadership experience in the consumer packaged goods industry. In his new role, Damico will lead the company’s financial strategy, strengthen operational performance, and support Johnson Brothers’ continued growth across the United States.
James Damico joins Johnson Brothers after an extensive career spanning more than 20 years in global finance leadership. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer Europe, VP Finance at Kellanova, where he led finance operations across European markets, managing complex regional financial strategies and driving performance across diverse business units.
Prior to this, he spent nearly two decades with Kellogg Company, holding multiple senior finance roles across global markets. His leadership journey included positions such as CFO Europe Cereal & Snacks, CFO of UK, ROI, and High-Growth Markets, and Financial Controller Kellogg Europe, where he played a critical role in strengthening financial performance, enhancing forecasting accuracy, and enabling business growth across regions.
During his tenure at Kellogg, Damico also held key roles in logistics finance, strategic planning, and innovation finance. He led large finance teams, drove cost optimization and inventory improvements, and implemented data-driven financial strategies that elevated finance as a strategic business partner across operations and leadership teams.
Earlier in his career, he worked with General Motors, gaining foundational experience in finance and operations. He holds both an MBA and a Master of Science in Finance from Indiana University Bloomington, further strengthening his expertise in financial leadership and strategic planning.
