Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, February 2026 — 21K School has appointed Vidya Singh as Assistant Vice President – Human Resources, effective February 2026.
In her expanded leadership role, Singh will drive the people and culture strategy at 21K School, strengthening talent management, organizational development, HR transformation, and employee experience initiatives as the institution continues to scale its global online learning model.
Singh has been associated with 21K School since 2021, previously serving as Head of Talent Management, where she led large-scale HR automation initiatives including end-to-end ZOHO implementation, established a virtual onboarding framework for a 700+ remote workforce, and introduced OKR-driven performance management across the organization. Her leadership contributed to 21K School being recognized by ETHRWorld as a Future-Ready Organization.
She later served as an HR Consultant & Advisor and most recently as Assistant Vice President – Human Resources, further expanding her scope across enterprise HR strategy and culture transformation.
Prior to 21K School, Singh was Organizational Development Manager at ACSEN Agriscience, where she focused on talent development, succession planning, change management, and program design. She also held HR leadership roles at JoulestoWatts Business Solutions Pvt Ltd, Avi Solar Energy Private Limited, Kent RO Systems Ltd., and ITV News Network, building deep expertise across talent acquisition, HR analytics, performance management systems, payroll operations, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
Singh holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from Amity University, bringing over a decade of progressive HR leadership experience across education, agriscience, media, manufacturing, and technology-enabled organizations.
With a strong track record in HR automation, talent strategy, and culture building, she is well-positioned to lead 21K School’s next phase of people transformation.
