New Delhi, India, July 2026 — Gabriel India Limited, the flagship company of the ANAND Group, has appointed Mahendra K. Goyal as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO). A seasoned business leader with over 31 years of experience, Goyal brings extensive expertise across finance, legal, operations, business management, and corporate governance. In his new role, he will lead Gabriel India through its next phase of growth, innovation, and strategic expansion while strengthening the company’s leadership position in the global automotive components industry.

Mahendra has been associated with the ANAND Group since 1995, serving as Group President & Chief Executive Officer. Over more than three decades, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the group’s strategic direction, driving operational excellence, strengthening governance frameworks, and supporting sustainable business growth across its diversified automotive businesses. His broad leadership experience has enabled the group to successfully navigate evolving market dynamics while fostering innovation and long-term value creation.

In addition to his group leadership responsibilities, Mahendra served as Managing Director of DANA ANAND India Private Limited (DAIPL) from 2016 to 2024, where he led the joint venture’s strategic and operational agenda. During his tenure, he strengthened the company’s position in the automotive drivetrain and mobility solutions segment while overseeing business growth, operational performance, and strategic partnerships.

Throughout his career, Mahendra has been instrumental in leading several of the ANAND Group’s landmark transformation initiatives, including Project RISE and Project Jupiter, which focused on organizational transformation, operational excellence, and future-ready business capabilities. He also played a significant role in the group’s strategic investment in HL Klemove India, reinforcing its commitment to advanced mobility technologies and next-generation automotive solutions. His expertise in finance, governance, legal affairs, and strategic planning has made him a trusted leader in driving enterprise-wide transformation and sustainable growth.

With more than 31 years of leadership experience, Mahendra has built a distinguished reputation for delivering strategic transformation, strengthening corporate governance, and creating long-term business value. His appointment as CEO reflects Gabriel India Limited’s commitment to accelerating innovation, expanding its technology portfolio, and reinforcing its leadership across India’s evolving mobility ecosystem.
