HAVER & BOECKER INDIA Appoints Ashish Kumar Srivastava as Managing Director

Gurugram, Haryana, India, July 2026 — HAVER & BOECKER INDIA has appointed Ashish Kumar Srivastava as its Managing Director, following his successful tenure as Deputy Managing Director since February 2023. Bringing more than 35 years of leadership experience across the cement, minerals, and industrial engineering sectors, Ashish will now lead the company’s overall business operations while shaping its long-term strategic vision, accelerating growth, and driving operational excellence. His elevation marks the culmination of a strong leadership journey at HAVER & BOECKER INDIA, where he joined as Head – Cement Business in January 2022 before being promoted to Deputy Managing Director.

Since joining HAVER & BOECKER INDIA, Ashish has played a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s market position and expanding its business across both cement and non-cement industries. As Head – Cement Business, he focused on strategic growth, engineering excellence, customer partnerships, and delivering innovative solutions that created long-term value for customers. Following his promotion to Deputy Managing Director, he assumed broader responsibility for driving strategic growth, operational excellence, customer success, innovation, and sustainable business expansion while strengthening relationships with customers and industry partners. In his new role as Managing Director, he will continue to advance innovation, deepen customer engagement, enhance operational capabilities, and deliver sustainable value to reinforce HAVER & BOECKER INDIA’s leadership position in the engineering and process industries.

Before joining HAVER & BOECKER INDIA, Ashish spent more than four years with FLSmidth, where he held leadership roles including Head of Sales – Product and Head of Sales – Feeders & Packaging. He led sales and business development across the Indian subcontinent, covering India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Myanmar, and Sri Lanka, while driving customer-focused solutions in air pollution control, process optimization, gear systems, feeders, and packaging technologies. He also served as the location head for the Gurugram and Mumbai offices, strengthening customer relationships and leading high-performing teams to deliver commercial and operational excellence.

Earlier, Ashish spent over 10 years with the BEUMER Group as Chief Sales & Marketing – Cement Business, where he provided executive leadership for a US$40 million engineering solutions, manufacturing, and services business serving the cement industry. He led business strategy, engineering, manufacturing, product management, software development, project execution, customer support, and aftermarket services while overseeing cross-functional teams across engineering, R&D, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and operations. Prior to BEUMER Group, he built the foundation of his distinguished career during a 16-year tenure with UltraTech Cement, where he served as Senior Manager and managed end-to-end plant operations, maintenance, and project execution for a 6 MTPA integrated cement plant and a 2 × 15.7 MW thermal power plant. During this period, he successfully led process optimization and digitalization initiatives that enhanced productivity, plant performance, and energy efficiency.

With more than 35 years of experience, Ashish has established himself as a respected leader in business strategy, engineering, sales leadership, operational excellence, project execution, and customer-centric innovation. His appointment as Managing Director reflects HAVER & BOECKER INDIA’s commitment to strengthening its leadership team and accelerating sustainable growth while delivering advanced engineering solutions to the cement, minerals, and industrial sectors.
