Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, May 2026 — Kranthi Sagar Y has started a new journey with Raymond Limited as Head Talent Acquisition for the company’s Engineering and Aerospace business verticals, including JK Maini Precision Technology Ltd and JK Maini Global Aerospace Ltd.
In his new role, Kranthi will lead talent acquisition strategy for Raymond’s precision engineering and aerospace businesses, supporting workforce planning, leadership hiring, employer branding, and talent transformation initiatives aligned with the Group’s growth agenda in advanced manufacturing and aerospace.
Prior to joining Raymond Limited, Kranthi served as Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition at Perfios, where he led talent acquisition strategy across India and eight international markets spanning the Middle East and Asia. During his tenure, he partnered with CXOs and business leaders on workforce planning, leadership hiring, AI-enabled recruitment practices, and global talent pipeline development.
Earlier, he worked with Alliance Group as Deputy General Manager – Talent Acquisition, leading recruitment strategy across India and GCC markets. Before that, he served as Senior Manager & Head – Global Talent Acquisition COE at Gabriel & Co., where he managed global talent acquisition projects across multiple countries including India, the US, China, Thailand, Turkey, and Lebanon.
Kranthi also held talent acquisition leadership roles with Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd and Jubilant Biosys Limited, where he drove TA automation, employer branding, workforce planning, campus hiring, onboarding, and recruitment process transformation initiatives.
His earlier career includes executive search, staffing, and recruitment leadership roles with ABC Consultants, Fact Personnel Pvt Ltd, Sagacia Soft Technologies, Resource Inputs Ltd, and Elder Pharmaceuticals.
