Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, August 2025 — Siji Nair Kaul has taken over as Vice President – Global IVF Franchise Head (International Business) at Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited (BSV), a part of the Mankind Group. In this vital leadership position, she will drive BSV’s international IVF strategy, strengthening the organization’s presence in global fertility markets and supporting its mission to deliver the joy of parenthood worldwide.
Siji brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across pharmaceuticals, fertility care, and women’s health. She joins BSV after a distinguished tenure at Bayer, where she spent nearly 15 years in multiple leadership roles. As Marketing Lead – Women’s Health & APAC Marketing Center of Excellence Champion, she crafted and executed marketing strategies across Asia-Pacific, led strategic partnerships, and strengthened Bayer’s footprint in the reproductive health space. Previously, as Head – Marketing, Women’s Health, she oversaw the growth of fertility and gynaecology portfolios in India, launching impactful campaigns including “Bayer For Her.”
Her Bayer journey also included responsibilities as Marketing Lead – BD & Alliance, where she developed innovative market shaping initiatives and drove commercial excellence across the region. She managed diverse therapeutic portfolios including intrauterine devices, fertility therapies, and gynaecological treatments—setting benchmarks for patient-centric marketing and brand building.
Prior to Bayer, Siji held progressive roles at Eli Lilly and Company, Baxter International Inc., and Allergan, managing portfolios across cardiovascular, diabetes care, aesthetics, devices, and women’s health. Her career is marked by a strong ability to craft sustainable business models and deliver customer-focused solutions across therapeutic categories.
At BSV, Siji is expected to lead the global IVF franchise by working with cross-functional teams to build innovative programs, expand international reach, and accelerate the company’s long-term vision in fertility care.
