Kosamba, Gujarat, India, December 2024 – Chandra Shekhar Ojha has joined PGP Glass Pvt. Ltd. as the Head – Learning & Organizational Development. In this role, Chandra will lead initiatives to enhance employee skills, foster a culture of continuous learning, and align organizational development strategies with the company’s goals.
Prior to joining PGP Glass, Chandra served at H.G. Infra Engineering Limited for over two years, holding the positions of DGM – HR & Admin and AGM – Learning & Organizational Development. During this tenure, he implemented advanced HR strategies, introduced an in-house online PMS tool, and curated a comprehensive knowledge base for integrated learning management systems.
Before this, Chandra was the Senior Manager – Training & Development at Transsion, where he developed tailored training programs that significantly improved employee productivity and customer satisfaction. Earlier, as Capability Development Head at Reliance Communications, he designed comprehensive learning programs impacting over 2,000 employees.
Chandra’s diverse experience includes leadership roles in training and development at MTS – Sistema Shyam Teleservices Ltd, Centum Learning, and Genpact, where he honed his expertise in employee development, process improvement, and performance management.
