Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, May 2026 — Lalita Sunita Narayan Nayak has started a new position as Chief Marketing Officer at Mitigata™ – Full-Stack Cyber Resilience, marking a significant leadership move in the cybersecurity, fintech, digital payments, media, and technology ecosystem.
In her new role, Nayak will lead Mitigata’s marketing strategy, brand positioning, strategic communications, partnerships, ecosystem engagement, reputation building, and commercial growth as the company strengthens its full-stack cyber resilience offerings for businesses and individuals.
Before joining Mitigata, Nayak served as Incharge – Marketing for RuPay, NETC FASTAG, and AePS, where she led marketing strategy and execution for national-scale payment and digital infrastructure platforms. Her work focused on brand leadership, ecosystem adoption, stakeholder engagement, consumer narratives, and large-scale market growth across consumers, partners, regulators, and industry bodies.
She also served as Lead Advocate at Global Fintech Fest, one of India’s largest BFSI and fintech platforms, and is a Founding Member of Global Fintech Women, reflecting her continued contribution to fintech leadership and ecosystem development.
Earlier, Nayak was Senior Director – Josh at VerSe Innovation, where she helped strengthen Josh’s position as one of India’s leading short-video platforms through influencer ecosystems, brand partnerships, and mass-market growth campaigns across Gen Z and Tier-2/Tier-3 audiences.
Her previous leadership journey includes serving as Head of Sales, Marketing & Communications – India, Africa & Middle East at NODWIN Gaming, where she led esports marketing, global publisher partnerships, brand alliances, monetization strategy, and go-to-market expansion across emerging markets.
Before this, Nayak served as Head of Marketing for CNBC-TV18, CNN News18, CNBC Awaaz, and CNBC Bajaar, where she drove high-impact campaigns and built influential B2B and B2C media properties. She also held marketing and brand leadership roles at J.P. Morgan, Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd., and the Confederation of Indian Industry, building strong expertise across strategic communications, brand growth, client engagement, government relations, and commercial partnerships.
