Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, May 2026 – LTM has promoted Pramod M V to the role of Senior Director – Talent Acquisition, recognizing his extensive contribution to university relations, early career engagement, and large-scale talent acquisition strategy.
With more than two decades of experience spanning talent acquisition, university hiring, workforce planning, campus engagement, and HR business partnering, Pramod has played a significant role in building and strengthening large-scale entry-level talent programs across leading technology organizations.
At LTM, Pramod M V has been associated with the organization for nearly four years and most recently served as Director – University Liaison and Early Career Engagement before his elevation to Senior Director. In this role, he led initiatives around university collaborations, early career hiring programs, campus engagement strategies, and employer branding initiatives across partner institutions. He also drove programs focused on strengthening academia-industry collaboration through curriculum engagement, faculty development programs, alumni connect initiatives, and skill enrichment interventions.
Before joining LTM, Pramod served as Program Manager – University Relations & Hiring at Capgemini, where he managed Pan-India B-School hiring, graduate recruitment, alternative talent hiring programs, and large-scale campus hiring initiatives. He worked closely with leadership teams, workforce management, and academic institutions to strengthen entry-level talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives.
Earlier, he spent more than eleven years with Infosys as Practice Lead – Talent Acquisition, where he led high-volume fresher hiring programs, off-campus hiring initiatives, internship programs, and talent acquisition initiatives for engineering graduates, diploma holders, and design talent across India. He was also associated with flagship initiatives such as HackWithInfy and InfyTQ Certification Program. Prior to that, he worked with Infosys BPM as Associate Lead – BPHR, supporting HR operations, employee relations, policy implementation, and performance management initiatives.
Pramod M V holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration in Operations Management from Symbiosis International University.
