Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, June 2026 — Lisa Basumatari has started a new position as Head – Human Resources (Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein) at PVH Arvind Fashions Limited.Basumatari brings extensive experience across human resources, talent management, organizational development, learning and development, leadership capability building, campus relations, employee development, and people strategy across fashion, retail, media, banking, quick service restaurants, and learning consulting sectors.
Prior to this role, she served as Head – Talent and OD at Arvind Fashions Limited, where she contributed to talent strategy, organizational development, leadership capability, and people transformation initiatives.Earlier, Basumatari worked with McDonald’s as General Manager – People Resources and previously as DGM – People Resources, supporting people strategy and HR operations in the quick service restaurant sector.
Before that, she served as Head – L&D, Talent Management and Campus Relations at SMEcorner, where she focused on learning, talent development, campus engagement, and capability-building initiatives.Her career journey also includes leadership and specialist roles at Reliance Retail, RBL Bank, Viacom 18 Media Private Limited, Lee Hecht Harrison, TraininginCorporate, Synergy Relationship Management Services Pvt. Ltd., and The Learning Canvas, where she built strong expertise across learning content, organizational development, HR capability building, and talent management.
With her strong background in talent development, organizational effectiveness, learning strategy, and HR leadership, Basumatari is expected to play a key role in strengthening the people agenda for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein at PVH Arvind Fashions Limited.
