Zurich, Switzerland, June 2026 — Prathyusha Sebastian has joined The Adecco Group as Group Vice President – Culture, Inclusion, Wellbeing & Employee Insights, while also assuming the role of Vice President – Talent, Learning & Diversity & Inclusion for Akkodis. The appointment brings to the organization an accomplished global people leader with extensive experience in talent management, leadership development, organizational transformation, diversity and inclusion, employee wellbeing, and learning strategy.
In her new dual leadership role, Sebastian will be responsible for advancing culture, inclusion, wellbeing, and employee insights initiatives across The Adecco Group while leading talent, learning, and diversity and inclusion strategies for Akkodis, the Group’s global digital engineering and technology business. Her appointment reflects the company’s continued commitment to building inclusive workplaces, strengthening talent capabilities, and fostering sustainable employability across its global workforce.
Prior to joining The Adecco Group, Sebastian served as Global Head Talent and Learning – People Development at Allianz Services, where she led global talent and learning strategies designed to enhance leadership effectiveness, workforce capability, and employee development. During her tenure, she played a key role in shaping people development initiatives that supported Allianz Services’ global growth and transformation agenda.
Before Allianz Services, she spent more than three years with Allianz Technology, holding leadership positions including HR Manager – Talent Management, People Center of Excellence and HR Manager – Talent Development, Diversity & Inclusion, and Wellness. In these roles, she drove talent management frameworks, leadership development programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and employee wellbeing strategies across international teams and business functions.
Earlier in her career, Sebastian held leadership and consulting positions with Infosys, where she worked with the Infosys Leadership Institute on leadership and organizational development initiatives, and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where she spent more than seven years across human resources business partnering, corporate learning, training program management, and employee development roles. Her diverse experience across global organizations has equipped her with deep expertise in building high-performing cultures, strengthening leadership pipelines, and enabling workforce transformation.
