Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2026 — Otis Elevator Co. has appointed Pulkit Goyal as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), entrusting him with responsibility for the company’s financial strategy, governance, business performance, risk management, and operational excellence as it continues to strengthen its leadership position in India’s rapidly expanding urban mobility and infrastructure sector.
In his new role, Pulkit will oversee the finance function for Otis Elevator Co. India, supporting strategic growth initiatives, driving financial discipline, strengthening governance frameworks, and enhancing long-term shareholder value. His appointment comes at a time when India’s infrastructure, commercial real estate, residential development, and smart city initiatives continue to create significant opportunities for the elevator and mobility solutions industry.
Pulkit brings more than two decades of finance leadership experience spanning industrial manufacturing, engineering, infrastructure, automation, and multinational corporations. Prior to joining Otis, he served as Chief Financial Officer (Honeywell Automation India) & India Controller at Honeywell, where he led finance operations for one of India’s leading listed industrial automation companies. During his tenure, he played a key role in driving financial performance, governance, strategic planning, and operational excellence for the organization.
At Honeywell, he also served as Member of the Board of Directors of Honeywell International India and as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Honeywell Automation India Limited Employees PF Foundation, further strengthening his experience in corporate governance, fiduciary oversight, and organizational leadership.
Before Honeywell, Pulkit spent nearly nine years with thyssenkrupp, where he held several senior finance leadership positions across India, the Middle East, Turkey, and Southeast Asia. His assignments included CFO & Member of the Executive Board – thyssenkrupp Industries India, CFO & Regional Board Member – thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions Middle East & Turkey, and Board Member – thyssenkrupp Industries (M) Sdn Bhd, Malaysia.
During his tenure with thyssenkrupp, he successfully led finance transformation initiatives, treasury modernization programs, governance enhancements, regional expansion strategies, and operational improvement initiatives. He also played an instrumental role in establishing regional headquarters, strengthening financial controls, improving project governance, and supporting large-scale industrial growth programs across multiple geographies.
Earlier in his career, Pulkit served as Head of Finance – Petron Engineering Construction at ArcelorMittal, where he contributed to business turnaround initiatives, operational improvements, and financial restructuring programs. His professional journey also includes consulting and advisory assignments with EY and BDO, where he built foundational expertise in assurance, due diligence, advisory services, corporate finance, and business transformation.
Throughout his career, Pulkit has developed deep expertise in financial strategy, treasury management, governance, mergers and acquisitions, business performance management, operational finance, risk management, and organizational transformation. His diverse global leadership experience positions him well to support Otis Elevator Co.’s growth ambitions and strategic priorities in one of the world’s fastest-growing infrastructure markets.
