His appointment marks a significant step in the company’s growth journey as it continues to strengthen its position in India’s rapidly expanding solar energy sector.
Tikku returns to Bluebird Solar after previously serving as Chief Executive Officer from August 2023 to April 2024, during which he successfully led the company’s business transformation initiatives and enhanced its market positioning within the solar manufacturing industry. His reappointment reflects the confidence the organization has in his leadership capabilities, strategic vision, and proven ability to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Prior to rejoining Bluebird Solar, Tikku served as Chief Business Officer at Inox Solar, where he was responsible for company-wide business strategy, manufacturing setup and expansion, mergers and acquisitions, revenue growth, profitability, and overall business performance. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth trajectory and strengthening its operational capabilities within the renewable energy ecosystem.
Before Inox Solar, Tikku held leadership positions at ReNew, where he served as Head of Sales (Solar PV Modules), spearheading module manufacturing and sales strategies aimed at positioning the company among India’s leading solar module manufacturers. He also spent more than five years with Vikram Solar as AVP Sales (Product & EPC), leading domestic and international sales strategies, business development initiatives, P&L management, and market expansion efforts for one of India’s prominent solar energy companies.
Earlier in his career, Tikku held key leadership roles with Trina Solar, Reliance, and Hensel Electric India Private Limited, gaining extensive experience across sales, distribution, project management, energy solutions, and business development. Throughout his professional journey, he has established a reputation for driving business transformation, building high-performing teams, and delivering sustainable growth across competitive markets.
