Hyderabad, Telangana, India, July 2026 — SmartWinnr, a leading AI-powered sales enablement and coaching platform, has appointed Wing Commander Jasween Kaur Sahani (Retd.) as Senior Program Manager for the APAC Region, adding another distinguished Indian Armed Forces leader to its senior team.
With over 15 years in the Indian Air Force, Jasween brings a rare combination of operational excellence, strategic leadership, and program execution to the role. As a Wing Commander, she oversaw more than 50,000 hours of incident-free flying operations, managed 50+ air assets during major national and international exercises and held a pivotal role in the Integrated Air Command and Control System (IACCS), ensuring real-time situational awareness and operational readiness in mission-critical environments.
She holds an MBA from NMIMS, has completed the Business Management Program at IIM Bangalore, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI.
Speaking about her new role, Wing Commander Jasween Kaur Sahani (Retd.) said: “The transition from military leadership to the technology industry presents an exciting opportunity to create impact at scale. Disciplined execution, continuous learning, and people-first leadership have been the cornerstones of my career, and SmartWinnr’s mission of transforming sales performance through AI-driven learning strongly resonates with that. I look forward to helping our customers and partners unlock greater business value.”
Welcoming her to the organization, Annie Banik, Co-founder & CEO at SmartWinnr, said: “We are delighted to welcome Wing Commander Jasween Kaur Sahani to SmartWinnr. Her experience leading complex operations and driving excellence in one of the world’s most demanding environments brings tremendous value to our team.”
“It also reflects something we’ve built deliberately: structured systems where capability and accountability define who leads, which has naturally brought more women like Jasween into senior roles here. Her disciplined, customer-centric approach will further strengthen our Strategic Programs and Customer Success initiatives as we continue our global growth,” she added.
Jasween joins at a pivotal moment for pharma and life sciences sales enablement.
As 2026 unfolds, enterprises are moving past basic AI adoption toward embedded coaching, compliance-aware training, and real-time performance insights built into reps’ daily workflows, especially as regulatory scrutiny rises.
Execution discipline matters as much as the technology itself, and Jasween’s experience running mission-critical operations at scale positions her to help SmartWinnr’s customers turn AI-driven insights into consistent results on the ground, reinforcing the company’s operational excellence and customer success as it scales globally.
SmartWinnr provides AI-powered sales enablement solutions that help organizations drive peak performance through continuous learning reinforcement, gamification and role-play simulations. The platform ensures consistent messaging across all organizational levels while giving leadership real-time visibility into field performance.
