Jeremy Sabin Joins Swire Coca-Cola as Chief People Officer

Utah, United States, July 2026 — Swire Coca-Cola, USA has appointed Jeremy Sabin as its Chief People Officer, marking his return to the consumer packaged goods industry after more than a decade of leadership in private equity-backed businesses.

Announcing the move, Jeremy shared that after spending the past 12 years in the private equity world, he is excited to return to consumer packaged goods with an organization that places people at the center of its operating philosophy. He noted that Swire Coca-Cola USA’s people-first culture made the opportunity particularly compelling as the company continues serving over 31 million consumers across 13 states in the American West.

Jeremy brings more than two decades of global human resources leadership experience, with deep expertise in organizational transformation, mergers and acquisitions, talent strategy, leadership development, workforce scalability, total rewards, HR technology, and culture building.

Most recently, Jeremy served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Mariani Enterprises, a private equity-backed outdoor living platform operating dozens of companies across the United States. During his tenure, he built a centralized HR organization from the ground up, supported the company’s rapid expansion from approximately US$180 million to US$1 billion in revenue, led HR integration for 22 acquisitions, established a national talent acquisition function, implemented enterprise HR technology, launched a corporate learning academy, and significantly strengthened employee engagement and retention.

Prior to Mariani Enterprises, Jeremy was Chief Human Resources Officer at WeLink, where he established and scaled the HR function for the high-growth technology company. He developed the organization’s people policies, HR systems, executive hiring capability, compensation framework, and compliance infrastructure to support rapid business expansion.

Earlier, Jeremy served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Vivint Solar, where he led enterprise-wide people strategy during one of the company’s most transformative periods. He oversaw HR for a rapidly expanding workforce, supported the company’s successful IPO, and led the people integration strategy during Vivint Solar’s US$3.2 billion acquisition by Sunrun, while managing talent acquisition, leadership development, employee relations, compensation, and organizational effectiveness.

Before becoming CHRO, Jeremy held progressively senior HR leadership roles at Vivint Solar, including Senior Director of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources, helping scale the HR organization, implement Workday, establish leadership development programs, strengthen performance management, and prepare the company for its public listing.

Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions with Sun Products Corporation, Intel-Micron Flash Technologies, Meridias Capital, SummitView Foundation, and Select Portfolio Servicing, building extensive expertise across manufacturing, technology, consumer products, organizational development, employee relations, learning, compliance, and workforce transformation.

At Swire Coca-Cola, USA, Jeremy will lead the company’s people agenda across one of the USA’s largest Coca-Cola bottling operations, supporting talent strategy, leadership capability, organizational effectiveness, culture, and workforce development as the company continues serving over 31 million consumers across 13 states in the western United States.
