Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain, October 2025 – Semidynamics, a leading European supplier of RISC-V IP cores specializing in high-bandwidth, high-performance solutions for machine learning and AI applications, has announced the appointment of Armando Najera as its new Head of People. In this role, Armando will lead the company’s global people strategy, driving organizational culture, HR operations, and talent development as Semidynamics continues to expand its footprint in the semiconductor and AI technology space.
With nearly two decades of international experience spanning Europe and North America, Armando brings deep expertise in human capital management, HR transformation, and organizational leadership. His diverse background across HR consulting, executive leadership, and startup advisory equips him to strengthen Semidynamics’ people ecosystem as it scales globally.
Before joining Semidynamics, Armando Najera served as Human Resources Team Lead at Autsorsa | HR & BPO Solutions, where he managed HR operations, talent acquisition, and compliance across remote teams. His strategic and operational expertise contributed to streamlined processes and improved people engagement outcomes.
In parallel, Armando founded and led Homa Nubo Consulting, an independent HR and talent consulting practice serving startups and scaleups across EMEA. Through this venture, he designed recruitment systems, employee handbooks, and HR compliance frameworks for international clients, achieving up to 30% reductions in time-to-hire through process optimization and data-driven recruitment strategies.
Prior to his consulting ventures, Armando served as Chief Executive Officer at NuboPay, where he oversaw global payroll operations and digital HR strategy across Spain and Cyprus. He also held the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Playnetic, leading a global HR team of 10 professionals and building HR infrastructure from the ground up—achieving an exceptionally low attrition rate of 2.3% while onboarding over 120 employees across five countries in just five months.
Earlier in his career, Armando worked with Prodly as Manager, Employee Success, where he managed HR operations across the US and EU, implemented contract automation systems, and unified DEI frameworks. His previous experience also includes leadership roles at Blanc Labs in Toronto, where he designed HR policies and engagement frameworks, and at VTRAC Consulting Corporation and AP Executive, where he developed his expertise in executive search, client engagement, and talent acquisition.
