Cautio Appoints Former Acko Executive Nitin Chadha as Senior Vice President

Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, June 2026 – Cautio, one of India’s leading AI-powered fleet safety and mobility intelligence platforms, today announced the appointment of Nitin Chadha as Senior Vice President – Growth & Strategy. Chadha will lead growth, strategic partnerships and enterprise expansion as the company accelerates the adoption of AI-driven safety and operational intelligence across commercial mobility.

Chadha brings more than 21 years of leadership experience spanning mobility, consumer technology, automotive, insurance and the startup ecosystem. He has held senior roles at Acko, Spinny and Park+, and is a founder in his own right, having built sRide, one of India’s earliest shared mobility platforms. His expertise cuts across business growth, partnerships, strategy, operations and large-scale go-to-market execution.

His appointment comes as fleet operators increasingly turn to AI-powered systems to improve safety, operational visibility and driver accountability. Tightening regulation around road safety, driver monitoring and advanced safety technologies is accelerating demand for intelligence-led systems that help operators shift from reactive incident management to proactive risk prevention. The shift is visible at the infrastructure level too: the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) recently announced the deployment of AI-powered dashcam analytics across nearly 40,000 kilometres of national highways to strengthen road monitoring, maintenance and safety.

“Nitin brings a rare combination of operating depth, mobility-sector understanding and growth leadership,” said Ankit Acharya, Co-Founder & CEO, Cautio. “His experience gives him a strong perspective on how large mobility ecosystems function and scale. As Cautio enters its next phase of growth, his leadership will be instrumental in expanding our partnerships, strengthening our revenue engine and bringing our fleet safety platform to more operators across India.“

Founded with the mission of making commercial mobility safer, smarter and more accountable, Cautio combines AI-powered safety and mobility intelligence to help operators identify risks, improve driver behaviour and build more efficient operations.

In just 15 months, Cautio has scaled to safeguard 15,000+ live vehicles daily across 130+ cities in India, processing over 150 million safe kilometres and generating 60 million+ AI-triggered alerts on driver behaviour and driving patterns. The platform has intervened in 3,000+ real-world safety incidents, averting 2,400+ potential accidents, flagging 550+ cases of impaired driving, defeating 500+ false claims, and stopping incidents ranging from harassment and robbery to unauthorised vehicle use. With 80+ customers, including RedBus, Zingbus, Euro CarsCityflo, Infants, Shoffr, The Indian Army and G4S, Cautio has established itself as the safety infrastructure layer for India’s commercial mobility.

“Mobility in India is undergoing a fundamental transformation,” said Nitin Chadha, Senior Vice President, Cautio. “Operators today want technology partners that can help them improve safety, accountability and operational efficiency at scale. What drew me to Cautio is its long-term vision of building safety infrastructure, not simply selling technology products. The company has built a strong foundation, and I’m excited to help accelerate growth, deepen partnerships and bring these solutions to more fleets across the country.“

The appointment further strengthens Cautio’s leadership team as the company advances its mission of building intelligence-driven safety infrastructure for India’s roads, helping operators move from reactive fleet management to proactive, data-led mobility.

About Cautio
