Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, August 2026 — Lohia Corp Limited has appointed Jagdip Kumar as Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO), expanding his leadership mandate from enterprise IT to the company’s broader digital and information technology agenda. Kumar previously served as Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Lohia Corp for more than five years.
Kumar joined Lohia Corp Limited in December 2020 as Chief Information Officer and has played a key role in driving the group’s technology transformation. During his tenure as CIO, he led initiatives spanning digital transformation, IT strategy, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, cloud infrastructure, automation and business-IT alignment. His work included the migration of the SAP landscape to RISE with SAP, modernization of network infrastructure, deployment of AI and machine learning applications on manufacturing shop floors, and implementation of robotic process automation.
Before joining Lohia Corp, Kumar spent more than 10 years with Cosmo Films Limited, progressing through multiple technology leadership positions. He served as General Manager – Head IT, Deputy General Manager – Head IT, and Assistant General Manager – Applications. His responsibilities encompassed enterprise technology strategy, SAP transformation, cloud adoption, RPA, AI, IoT, machine learning, AR/VR, information security and IT service delivery. His work on the SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud transformation also received recognition through a SAP ACE Award in 2018.
Earlier in his career, Kumar served as DGM – Information Technology with an automotive company and as SAP Head at VE Commercial Vehicles Limited, the joint venture between Volvo Group and Eicher Motors. He also held technology roles as Assistant Manager IT at Welspun India Ltd and IT Executive at Jindal Poly Films Ltd. Kumar began his professional journey as an Engineer with Agra Development Authority in 1999.
With more than 26 years of professional experience, Kumar brings extensive expertise across digital transformation, enterprise IT, SAP, cloud technologies, artificial intelligence, machine learning, IoT, RPA, cybersecurity and technology-led business transformation. His elevation to CDIO strengthens his mandate to integrate digital capabilities with enterprise information technology and support Lohia Corp’s continued technology transformation.
