Lagos, Nigeria, September 2024 – Adoyi Abel has been appointed as the Global Head of Human Resources at Gtext Holdings, a company with a global footprint across Nigeria, the USA, the UK, and Dubai. In his new role, Adoyi will oversee HR operations across multiple regions, driving strategic initiatives to align the company’s human capital with its ambitious growth plans in real estate, consulting, tech, and agriculture.
Adoyi joins Gtext Holdings after serving as Senior Human Resource Officer at Buckler Systems for over a year, where he played a key role in enhancing HR processes and ensuring seamless employee engagement.
Prior to that, he worked as a Human Resources Officer at BookHotels.NG, where he contributed to HR management for one year, focusing on employee relations and recruitment.
Adoyi also gained valuable experience as a Leadership and Development Supervisor at EKOEXCEL for two years, managing performance and talent development initiatives for school managers and instructors in the educational sector.
Earlier in his career, he held various roles including Senior Human Resources Recruiter at Gratitude India and Admin/HR Officer at Jedidiah Bunches Int’l School, Lekki, where he was responsible for HR operations, recruitment, and payroll management.
