Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, December 2024 – Helen Seddon has joined Levanta – Australia & New Zealand as the Head of Human Resources (HR). In her new role, Helen will spearhead HR strategies and initiatives, focusing on talent development, employee engagement, and organizational growth to support Levanta’s operations across the region.
Prior to joining Levanta, Helen was the Manager – Business Services at RUD Australia, where she oversaw key HR and operational strategies for over a year. Before that, she held the position of Head of People & Culture at Pickwick Group Pty Ltd, where she led HR initiatives and managed the national HR strategy for nearly four years.
Earlier in her career, Helen served as the Human Resources Manager ANZ at Bio-Strategy, following the acquisition of VWR International. She also held the role of Human Resources Director at VWR International (ANZ) for over seven years, where she played a pivotal role in aligning HR practices with business goals.
Helen’s extensive experience includes HR leadership roles at Salva Resources, Australian Kitchen Industries, Heat and Control Pty Ltd, and P&H MinePro Services, where she contributed significantly to employee relations, organizational design, and HR transformation.
