Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, May 2026 — Hitachi Payment Services Pvt. Ltd. has appointed Adarsh Dikshith as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), further strengthening the company’s leadership team as it continues to expand its payment technology and digital financial services capabilities.
Adarsh brings more than 25 years of financial leadership experience across public, private equity-backed, and venture capital-backed organizations. He is widely recognized for his expertise in scaling high-growth businesses, enterprise transformation, IPO readiness, governance, strategic finance, investor relations, and operational excellence across SaaS, AI, analytics, and professional services sectors.
Prior to joining Hitachi Payment Services, Adarsh served as Chief Financial Officer at Exotel, where he led financial strategy and operations for the cloud communication and customer engagement platform company.
Earlier, he worked with HighRadius as Senior Vice President Finance, where he contributed to the company’s US IPO direct listing preparation, public-company finance infrastructure, global finance operations, US GAAP reporting, accounting policy frameworks, and finance organization design.
Before HighRadius, Adarsh served as Chief Financial Officer at TheMathCompany, leading financial governance, compliance, investor relations, fundraising, financial controls, and strategic planning initiatives while supporting the company’s growth journey and Series A/B funding activities.
He also spent more than a decade with Blue Yonder, where he held multiple global finance leadership positions including CFO Asia Pacific – Strategy, Vice President Global Business Analytics and Business Intelligence, Vice President Finance – CoE India, Poland and Mexico, and Director Finance, Asia Pacific. During this tenure, he led finance transformation, SaaS transition initiatives, APAC financial operations, advanced analytics, strategic planning, and large-scale compliance and tax optimization programs.
Earlier in his career, Adarsh held finance and controllership roles with Allianz, Capgemini, Ocwen Financial Corporation, and PwC.
