New York, United States, May 2026 – BioIVT has announced the appointment of Katie O’Neill as its new Chief Human Resources Officer.
Katie O’Neill joins the organization at a significant phase of growth and scientific advancement for BioIVT, bringing extensive global HR leadership experience across life sciences, healthcare technology, organizational transformation, talent strategy, and M&A integration. In her new role, she will partner closely with leadership teams to strengthen BioIVT’s people strategy while supporting the company’s mission of enabling smarter science and accelerating medical breakthroughs.
Before joining BioIVT as Chief Human Resources Officer, Katie O’Neill spent over nine years with Waters Corporation as Vice President, Human Resources, where she served as executive HR business partner for a multi-billion-dollar global division spanning 35 countries. She led HR strategy across R&D, sales, service, operations, manufacturing, quality, procurement, and supply chain functions while driving organizational design, talent management, workforce analytics, and leadership development initiatives globally.
During her tenure at Waters Corporation, Katie played a pivotal role in leading large-scale operating model transformation initiatives, strengthening leadership capability programs, and advancing inclusion and employee engagement strategies. She also partnered extensively on M&A diligence and international integration efforts across multiple acquisitions.
Prior to Waters Corporation, she spent more than a decade with Dell EMC and EMC Corporation, where she held multiple senior HR leadership positions across global business services, sales, operations, talent integration, organizational development, and executive talent strategy. She was actively involved in the HR integration efforts surrounding EMC’s merger with Dell and led several enterprise-wide change management and transformation initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Katie also worked with Caliper Life Sciences as an HR Business Partner, supporting organizational integration, executive coaching, compensation alignment, and leadership development during a period of business transformation.
