Stockholm, Sweden, May 2026 – Stillfront has announced the appointment of Tobias Julén as its new Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and member of the Group Executive Management team, effective May 11, 2026.
Tobias Julén joins Stillfront at a significant phase of the company’s global growth and organizational evolution, bringing deep expertise in people strategy, executive compensation, organizational transformation, leadership development, and global scaling within high-growth technology businesses.

Before joining Stillfront as Group Chief Human Resources Officer, Tobias Julén served as Chief People Officer at Tanium, where he led the global People strategy for the rapidly growing technology company. During his tenure, he partnered closely with the CEO, executive leadership team, and board on organizational design, leadership succession, workforce planning, executive compensation, and global scaling initiatives.
At Tanium, Tobias led a global People organization supporting international operations while driving culture transformation, leadership development, workforce effectiveness, and scalable HR operating models. He also played a key role in strengthening employee engagement and helping the company achieve Great Place to Work certifications across multiple countries.
Prior to becoming Chief People Officer, Tobias held the role of Vice President Human Resources & Total Rewards at Tanium, where he helped build and scale the company’s People function globally. He led compensation frameworks, talent programs, leadership initiatives, and performance management systems aligned with rapid international expansion and operational growth.
Earlier in his career, Tobias spent over seven years with Ericsson in several senior HR and executive compensation leadership roles. As Vice President and Head of Human Resources for Business Area Digital Services, he led HR strategy for a global business unit with over 22,000 employees across 60 countries during a major transformation phase focused on automation, industrialization, and recurring revenue growth.
He also served as Group Head of Executive Remuneration at Ericsson, where he oversaw executive compensation strategy for the company’s top global leadership teams, designed long-term incentive programs, and partnered extensively with board committees on governance and pay-for-performance initiatives.
Before Ericsson, Tobias worked with Deloitte as a Senior Manager, advising FTSE-listed organizations on executive compensation, equity plans, governance structures, and remuneration strategies across international markets.
Throughout his career, Tobias Julén has built strong expertise in organizational transformation, executive leadership, talent strategy, global HR operations, governance, and people enablement for large-scale international technology businesses.
