Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, June 2026 — ITC Infotech has announced the appointment of Sachin Madhav as Senior Vice President & Head of CEO Office and Strategic Initiatives, further strengthening the company’s leadership team as it accelerates strategic growth, transformation, and innovation initiatives across global markets.
Sachin Madhav brings with him more than two decades of extensive experience in global delivery leadership, strategic business management, client engagement, digital transformation, and enterprise technology services across leading IT organizations. In his new role at ITC Infotech, he will lead the CEO Office and strategic initiatives focused on driving business alignment, operational excellence, customer success, and long-term organizational growth.
Prior to joining ITC Infotech, Madhav spent over six years with LTIMindtree, where he held several senior leadership positions. Most recently, he served as Comm Media & Entertainment Delivery Head, leading delivery operations and strategic client engagements across the communications, media, and entertainment sectors.
Earlier at LTIMindtree, he served as Vice President – Delivery, Banking & Financial Services, where he managed large-scale delivery operations and strategic programs for global BFSI clients. Before that, as Vice President – Global Delivery, he played a key role in strengthening global delivery capabilities, driving operational efficiencies, and supporting large enterprise transformation initiatives.
Before LTIMindtree, Madhav spent nearly a decade with Cognizant, where he held leadership positions including Assistant Vice President and Director. During his tenure, he contributed significantly to client delivery management, business growth, and strategic technology engagements across multiple industry verticals.
Earlier in his professional journey, he worked with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) for over 12 years in various leadership capacities including Business Relationship Manager, Delivery Head, TCS Site Manager, and Delivery Manager. At TCS, he gained extensive experience in delivery management, client relationship leadership, operational strategy, and global program execution.
With deep expertise in technology services, business operations, strategic leadership, delivery management, and customer engagement, Madhav has built a strong reputation for driving business transformation and operational excellence across large-scale global organizations.
