Chilman’s journey at BCG spans over eight years, most recently as Partner, Principal, and Project Leader, where she led major consulting engagements, drove business development, and mentored future consulting leaders. Notably, she played a pivotal role in projects transforming India’s digital payments ecosystem and contributed to strategic client partnerships across diverse industries, bringing a unique perspective to complex challenges.
Before BCG, Chilman served as Senior Manager – Group Strategy at Westpac in Sydney, where she was involved in high-level strategic planning for the financial sector. She began his consulting career with Accenture, building a strong foundation in advisory, project management, and transformation consulting. Earlier in her career, he also worked with PepsiCo in R&D and management roles, adding operational depth to her consulting outlook.
