Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, March 2026 – Deepti Mehra has taken on the role of Head of Human Resources at JP Infra (Mumbai) Pvt. Ltd., bringing with her extensive experience in talent strategy, leadership hiring, and organizational transformation across leading organizations.
In her new role, Deepti will be responsible for shaping JP Infra’s HR strategy, strengthening talent capabilities, and building a high-performance culture aligned with the company’s growth ambitions in the real estate sector.
Prior to joining JP Infra, Deepti served as DVP – Talent Acquisition at Lodha, where she led strategic hiring for new business verticals and drove digitization of recruitment processes. She played a key role in leadership hiring, campus engagement, and building strong employer branding and alumni networks.
Earlier, she was Head of Talent Acquisition at ACC Limited, where she partnered with business leaders to support organizational transformation and led large-scale hiring initiatives across manufacturing units, corporate offices, and greenfield and brownfield projects, with a strong focus on diversity and future talent pipelines.
She also spent over four years at DP World as Head Talent Acquisition, leading leadership hiring for ports and logistics businesses and implementing robust talent acquisition strategies, including digital transformation initiatives and employer branding programs.
Before that, Deepti held senior HR leadership roles at Reliance Power and Bajaj Group, where she drove recruitment excellence, campus hiring programs, policy revamps, and employee engagement initiatives across large, complex organizations. Her early career includes experience with Lanco Infrastructure and Teamlease, building a strong foundation in HR operations and talent management.
