London, United Kingdom, April 2026 — Opella has elevated Loïc Delettre to the role of Global Head of People, One Finance, Digital & GCC, reinforcing its commitment to building a future-ready, digitally enabled people organization aligned with its global growth ambitions.
In this expanded global role, Loïc will lead the People strategy across Finance, Digital, and Global Capability Centers (GCCs), focusing on organizational transformation, talent strategy, and capability building to support Opella’s evolving business model and innovation agenda.
Loïc has been with Opella for over five years, steadily progressing through key leadership roles. Most recently, he served as People Director, Western Europe, where he led HR strategy across multiple markets including the UK, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg, driving regional alignment and strengthening organizational capabilities.
Prior to that, he was People Director, France, where he oversaw HR for a complex and large-scale consumer healthcare business, managing a workforce of around 1,600 employees across commercial, industrial, R&D, and global support functions. In this role, he led HR transformation, workforce planning, and social relations, while managing a multidisciplinary HR team and ensuring alignment between people strategy and business performance.
Before joining Opella, Loïc spent over five years with Sanofi, where he held multiple HR leadership roles. As Lead HR France – Finance & Business Transformation, he supported global functions such as finance, procurement, and shared services, driving transformation initiatives and managing HR teams across multi-site operations. His earlier role as HR Business Partner for R&D and Industrial Affairs in the vaccines business gave him deep exposure to global environments, change management, talent development, and workforce planning.
He began his career with roles at Areva and Caisse d’Epargne, building strong foundations in HR development, labor law, recruitment, and performance management.
