Cincinnati, Ohio, United States, March 2026 — The Dupps Company has appointed Nathan Varnum as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Varnum joins the leadership team to support financial direction and business execution, bringing broad experience across operations, supply chain, and finance leadership.
As he steps into the CFO position, Nathan Varnum brings a background that blends enterprise financial stewardship with operational rigor, including experience driving performance metrics, operational planning, budgeting and forecasting, cash management, and business process improvement across manufacturing and distribution environments.
In his most recent corporate leadership chapter prior to joining The Dupps Company, Varnum was part of Luminex Home Décor & Fragrance, where he led cross-functional, performance-oriented responsibilities spanning operations, growth initiatives, and supply chain transformation in an omni-channel environment.
Earlier, he held supply chain and finance-linked leadership experience with Candle-lite, where his responsibilities covered forecasting, planning and inventory control, procurement, distribution, and operational execution aligned to business performance.
Before that, he served with Delano Sherley & Associates, supporting CFO-level responsibilities for small- to mid-size companies and partnering with leadership teams on financial discipline, inventory strategy, and cash management priorities.
Across earlier chapters of his career, Varnum built strong financial leadership foundations through CFO responsibilities at Arkay Industries and earlier professional experience with Aronowitz Chaiken & Hardesty, contributing to a long-standing track record in finance, reporting, and business leadership.
