Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 — IndusInd Nippon Life Insurance Company Limited has announced the appointment of Vidhi Bansal as Head HR (Integrated) and Lead Talent Management & Learning, reinforcing its commitment to building a future-ready, high-performance organization through strong people leadership.
In her new role, Vidhi will be responsible for leading integrated HR strategy while driving talent management and learning initiatives, aligning people priorities with business growth and transformation agendas.
Vidhi brings over two decades of rich and diverse experience across insurance, healthcare, retail, and consulting environments, with deep expertise in talent strategy, leadership development, organizational transformation, and culture building.
She most recently served as SVP & Head – Talent & Culture at Bandhan Life, where she led end-to-end talent strategy across Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Learning, and Culture, playing a critical role in shaping a high-performance, accountable, and scalable organization.
Prior to this, she was Chief of Human Resources at Sir H.N. Reliance Foundation Hospital & Research Centre, where she provided strategic HR leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic, driving workforce deployment, employee wellbeing, and crisis response while ensuring operational continuity in a high-pressure healthcare environment.
Earlier, Vidhi served as Head HR at GNC and Guardian Healthcare, where she led HR for India operations, strengthening organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and frontline workforce capability in a fast-paced retail environment.
She has also worked as an Independent HR Consultant, advising organizations on talent management, organizational transformation, leadership development, and culture building, followed by significant roles at Max Healthcare and Inductis (EXL), where she partnered with business leaders to drive HR strategy and capability building.
Vidhi began her HR journey with Max Life Insurance Company Limited, where she spent several years across roles in HR Business Partnering, performance management, change management, and large-scale organizational interventions, building a strong foundation in people practices within the insurance sector.
Vidhi holds a PGDBM in Human Resources from Jagan Institute of Management Studies (JIMS Rohini), further strengthening her expertise in strategic HR leadership.
