Vilnius, Vilniaus, Lithuania, February 2026 — Justina Vaškevičienė has taken on the role of Chief People Officer at Transimeksa, effective January 2026. In this role, she is responsible for leading the organisation’s people strategy, strengthening human capital management, and supporting workforce development across Transimeksa’s expanding European operations.
In her new position, Justina will focus on personnel leadership, organisational capability building, and aligning people practices with Transimeksa’s long-term growth and operational priorities within the logistics and transportation sector.
Prior to joining Transimeksa, she served as Head of Human Resources at Bleiras Logistics, where she led HR operations and people management initiatives, supporting business continuity and workforce effectiveness in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Earlier, Justina spent over seven years with BGS (Baltic Ground Services) as Head of HR Administration, managing HR administration, employee relations, and people processes for a large and operationally intensive aviation services organisation.
She began her career with administrative and consulting roles at TNT and I.Į. Ryszard Ubysz, building a strong foundation in personnel administration, HR operations, and organisational support functions.
Across her professional journey, Justina has developed solid expertise in human capital management, personnel leadership, and HR administration, with a consistent focus on supporting business performance through effective people practices.
