Hyderabad, Telangana, India, July 2026 — RCI Logistics Private Limited has appointed Vikas Kumar Singh as its Chief Operating Officer (COO), marking a significant leadership milestone in his distinguished logistics and supply chain career spanning nearly two decades.
In his new role, Vikas will lead the company’s overall operations, driving strategic initiatives focused on fleet optimization, technology-enabled logistics, operational excellence, cost efficiency, customer experience, and sustainable business growth. He will play a pivotal role in strengthening RCI Logistics’ operational capabilities while supporting its continued expansion across India’s logistics ecosystem.
Prior to joining RCI Logistics Private Limited, Vikas served as Strategic Initiative & Business Expansion Consultant at SKE Supply Chain Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where he led logistics transformation, ERP-driven process alignment, fleet governance, and business expansion initiatives. During his tenure, he developed structured SOPs, improved financial and POD lifecycle processes, enhanced transport governance, and helped complete a major transformation programme six months ahead of schedule.
Earlier, he was National Operations Head (Project for Implementation Automation) at Shree Azad Transport Company Pvt. Ltd., overseeing nationwide transportation operations across more than 300 branches, leading ERP implementation, improving fleet utilization, and standardising transport workflows across road, rail, and air logistics networks.
Before that, Vikas served as Senior Logistics Plant Head at Jakson Engineers Limited, where he managed plant logistics, warehouse operations, transportation procurement, inventory movement, and vendor management. His initiatives delivered significant logistics cost optimisation while supporting large-scale infrastructure projects.
Earlier in his career, Vikas held leadership positions across several leading logistics organisations, including Camions Logistics Solutions (GoBolt), Pep Cart Logistics (Pepperfry), Flywheel Logistics, Arshiya Transport & Handling Ltd., and Linfox Logistics India Pvt. Ltd., where he built deep expertise in fleet management, transportation planning, warehouse operations, ERP implementation, vendor management, logistics transformation, and supply chain optimisation. Collectively, these roles established him as a seasoned logistics leader with extensive experience in operational excellence and large-scale transportation management.
With extensive experience spanning fleet operations, supply chain transformation, ERP implementation, logistics automation, transportation strategy, warehouse management, and operational governance, Vikas is well positioned to lead RCI Logistics through its next phase of operational growth and customer-centric innovation.
