Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, May 2025 – Sachin Sonavane has been elevated to the role of Executive Vice President – Head of Sales at Piramal Realty, marking a new chapter in his distinguished career in the real estate and luxury sales space. In this capacity, Sachin will spearhead the sales strategy and execution across the company’s premier residential portfolio, with a focus on growth acceleration, customer-centricity, and high-performance team leadership.
Over the past nearly three years with Piramal Realty, Sachin has played an instrumental role in shaping the company’s sales engine. Most recently, he served as Deputy Executive Vice President – Head of Sales, where he led revenue strategy, sales operations, and frontline execution. Prior to this, as Joint Vice President – Head CRM, he laid strong foundations for customer retention, operational excellence, and post-sales engagement.
Before joining Piramal Realty, Sachin held the position of Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at Sugee Group, where he led the go-to-market strategy for the group’s luxury and classic residential portfolio. He was instrumental in launching sales and marketing campaigns, developing channel partnerships, and setting up robust presales and digital lead-generation verticals.
Sachin’s earlier roles include serving as Vice President of Sales at DAMAC Properties in Dubai and Senior Vice President of Sales at M3M India, where he drove aggressive sales growth across large-scale real estate developments. He has also held leadership roles at Xanadu Group, Lodha Group, Narang Danone, Mandala Valley Vineyards, and Brindco Sales, where he built deep expertise in managing diverse sales ecosystems, strategic partnerships, and high-end brand management across sectors.
Sachin is known for his customer-first mindset, deep industry insights, and extensive experience in scaling sales functions through process excellence and team empowerment.
