Bayport, Minnesota, United States, December 2025 — Refloor has announced the appointment of Heather Rotondi as Director of Human Resources, marking a significant leadership addition to the company’s people and culture function. In her new role, Heather will be responsible for leading Refloor’s human resources strategy, strengthening organizational capability, and supporting the company’s continued growth as a people-first organization.
Heather Rotondi brings extensive human resources leadership experience, most recently serving as Human Resources Director at Refloor, where she began her tenure in December 2025. In this role, she is tasked with overseeing HR operations and advancing people practices aligned with Refloor’s mission of building a high-trust, high-performance workplace.
Prior to joining Refloor, Heather served for nearly three years as Director of Corporate HR at Renovo Home Partners, where she led HR teams across seven partner companies with a combined workforce of over 2,800 employees. Her work included supporting mergers and acquisitions, streamlining HR processes, integrating organizations into unified HR systems, and strengthening governance through ethics, compliance, and employee relations frameworks.
Earlier, Heather spent more than six years as Director of Human Resources at NEWPRO, where she played a pivotal role during a period of rapid organizational growth. Her responsibilities spanned talent acquisition, compensation and benefits administration, HR systems implementation, employee relations, payroll operations, regulatory compliance, and close collaboration with executive leadership on organizational development and workforce planning.
In the earlier phase of her career, Heather held roles including Finance Manager at E.B. Rotondi & Sons, Inc., Development and Administration Officer at the US-Mexico Foundation, and Business Manager at the Festus & Helen Stacy Foundation, gaining cross-functional exposure across finance, administration, compliance, and people operations that continues to inform her holistic approach to human resources leadership.
Heather Rotondi holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree from Eastern University, further strengthening her academic foundation in leadership and organizational management.
