In his new role, Chris Brady will lead DWF’s talent acquisition strategy, overseeing end-to-end hiring across geographies and practice areas. He will focus on building scalable, high-quality recruitment operations aligned with DWF’s Integrated Legal Management model and long-term growth ambitions.

Prior to joining DWF, Chris Brady built a long and distinguished career with Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS), spanning nearly two decades. During this time, he progressed through multiple leadership roles—from recruiter to Global Client Operations Director—leading complex, enterprise-scale recruitment operations and client partnerships across financial services and professional services.

As part of his tenure with AMS, Chris served in senior client leadership roles embedded within major global organizations. Most recently, he worked as Client Operations Director at Barclays, supporting large-scale talent acquisition delivery and operational excellence. Before this, he spent over eight years working with HSBC via AMS as Client Operations Director, driving recruitment transformation, governance, and performance across global hiring programs.

Earlier, he supported RSA through AMS in progressively senior recruitment leadership roles, including Head of Recruitment Operations, Senior Recruitment Manager, and Recruitment Manager, where he led multi-year transformation initiatives, managed high-volume hiring, and built strong client-stakeholder relationships.

Chris began his recruitment career as a Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page, following early experience at Hillman Saunders. He started his professional journey in financial services as a Financial Adviser at Baines & Ernst, giving him a strong commercial foundation that continues to inform his people and talent leadership approach.
